What is your returns policy?

Microbe provides resources including 30 day trial versions to prospective customers for Kaspersky software products. We encourage you to evaluate these products prior to purchase in order to determine whether the products are suitable for your needs.

If you change your mind about the product/s you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:

  1. You must provide your order number, activation code, name and email address;
  2. The returned Activation codes must not have been activated;
  3. The returned Activation code and all emails containing the code must be deleted.
  4. Returns exclude boxed and business products.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for CD Kits) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned codes back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-4 above.

How to Request a return?

To request a refund please send an email to sales@microbe.com.au with a copy of your completed Electronic Electronic letter of destruction (ELOD). Once we have received your email we will reply to you within 48 hrs with the outcome of your request. For successful requests, your refunded credit will appear in your account in approximately 7 -10 business days after approval.
