License Renewal Process

Returning customers can now renew their licenses at a discount or purchase other Kaspersky products and qualify for a discount. A returning customer is somebody who has a current Kaspersky license and would like to continue using Kaspersky products. Please note retail boxes currently have special prices too.

To renew your Kaspersky product simply enter your Licence Information (XXXX - XXXXXX - XXXXXXXX) into the field below and click the 'Renew' button. You will be taken to our Estore where you may select the product you wish to renew. Products with [Renewal] in the title have prices with a discount.
Please note that License information does not mean the activation code sent to you in your activation key email but is the unique identifier of your product.
The tabs below show you where you can locate the License information depending on the product version you are currently using. Please enter the License information carefully to avoid errors.

Version 2010 Version 2009 Mobile Security Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 / Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 Open your Kaspersky Lab application. You can do so by clicking on the 'K' icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen in the system tray near the clock. Click on License, which can be found along the bottom of the window within the main window of the application. A new License Manager window will then appear. Your License information will be displayed in the format XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX. Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 / Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 Open your Kaspersky Lab application. You can do so by clicking on the 'K' icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen in the system tray near the clock. Click on the License tab in the bottom left-hand corner of the main window of your application. Your License information will appear in the format XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX. Kaspersky Mobile Security Windows Mobile Open your Kaspersky Lab application. Select Menu, then Information and then About license. Your License information will appear in the format XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX. Symbian Open your Kaspersky Lab application. Select OK on the Status screen, then Options -> Open Page -> Info page, then open the License Info sub-menu. Your License information will appear in the format XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX.
